Privacy Policy
We collect personal information from you when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or become a member, including your name, email address, and information about your business.
The information we collect from you will be used in the following ways:

- To send periodic emails/newsletters
Cookies. We use essential cookies (like Cloudflare Turnstile, described below) to secure the site and prevent abuse of our tools. We also use StatCounter, a web analytics service, to understand aggregate site traffic. StatCounter may set its own cookies as part of that. You can read StatCounter’s privacy policy for more detail. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
We collect your IP address as part of both site security (Turnstile, rate-limiting on our free tools) and aggregate traffic analysis, so we can offer better site experiences and tools going forward.
Third parties we work with. We don’t sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We do share limited data with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run the business:
- Stripe processes payments. Stripe receives what’s needed to bill you and never receives your GBP login credentials.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) helps us block bots and abuse on our forms and tools. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- StatCounter provides aggregate site analytics.
Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their job for us, and we require them to keep it confidential. We may also release information when we believe it’s required to comply with the law, enforce our policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
How long we keep your data. If you’re a member, we keep your account and review-history data for as long as your membership is active, and we keep it on file (not deleted) if you cancel, so your history is there if you rejoin. If you’d rather we delete it outright, just ask, see below.
Your rights. Wherever you’re located, you can ask us to show you what we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it, usually within a few business days.
Occasionally we may include or offer additional third-party products or services. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
